About the role

In this role you will be responsible for administering Sales & Leasing contracts and providing accounting and administrative support to the finance department.


Key Responsibilities


• Processing of daily banking for both trust account and general account and completing reconciliations

• Leasing and sales administration and processing of contracts

• Receipting deposits to the trust account or Interest Bearing Deposit (IBD) if required

• Liaising with settlement agents in readiness for settlement

• Maintain sales database on Microsoft Access

• Processing of the weekly cheque and EFT batches

• Management and reconciliation of petty cash

• Producing End of Month graphs
