We recognise that a number of investors like to be involved with hands on management issues such as inspecting the property and arranging repairs and maintenance. Many investors do not like the administration side i.e. collecting rent, paying invoices, monitoring GST and producing tenant statements and financial reports.
Under most commercial leases our fees are recoverable from the tenant(s). You may be able to take advantage of our service at no cost to you. By using our PFM service, those owners that employ an accountant or bookkeeper may actually save money.
